DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Roll Fixies offer tracked shipping through out New Zealand. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses.
Please ensure that you will be home to receive your Roll Fixies purchase as your package will need to be signed for. It's important to note that orders will be dispatched between normal working hours. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. In some cases there may be delays with postage. This may be due to external factors and Roll Fixies can not be held accountable for these delays. Furthermore cancellations will not be accepted should a delivery be late. A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase.
In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, Roll Fixies will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be tracked to the place of delivery stipulated in the e-sale, Roll Fixies will not be liable for the loss.
In the unfortunate event that we make a mistake and the item is out of stock but paid in full, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All purchase of sale items are final and we do not give refunds nor do we offer store credit, only exchanges. Orders must be returned within 7 days with a copy of the return authority form from the day on which the item was received. Purchasers will be responsible for the return shipping. All purchases become final if the return is not returned within the 7 day return window. Bikes must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Roll Fixies must be notified in advance of return. You will be credited using Swipe within 7 working days upon return. Return shipping will not be refunded unless item is deemed to be faulty or the goods differ from what you've ordered. Return shipping must be trackable to ensure safe delivery.
